WHY IS HE FAMOUS
Gareth Jones is one of the greatest business minds in the World, listed on the top Thinkers50 list. He is a fellow and professor of organizational behavior in Centre for Management Development at London business School and a visiting professor in INSEAD, international business school in Fontainebleau. He is a co-author of a famous article published in HBR in 2000 „Why Should Anyone Be Led By You?”. Together with Rob Goffee, his coworker, they published a book ”Why Should Anyone Be Led by You? What It Takes to Be an Authentic Leader in 2006 ” and several articles in prestigious magazines. Beside being a professor and a writer, Jones is a practitioner with many years of experience: he was the HR and International Communications Director at BBC and senior vice president for global human resources at Polygram. He is a founder of a consultancy company Creative Management Associates.
